1. No Refunds

Prepaid Services: All transactions for prepaid services, such as mobile recharges, DTH recharges, and utility bill payments, are final and non-refundable. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details (e.g., mobile number, DTH account number) before confirming the transaction.

Erroneous Transactions: Payments made in error, such as incorrect account numbers or duplicate payments, will not be refunded. Users must resolve such issues directly with the recipient or service provider.

2. No Cancellations

Completed Transactions: Transactions cannot be canceled once they have been successfully processed.

Service Requests: Requests for cancellations of subscription-based services or integrations will not be entertained once the service is activated or delivered.

3. Disputes and Resolutions

One Step Solution acts solely as a payment facilitator and intermediary. Any disputes regarding the quality, delay, or delivery of services provided by third-party merchants/vendors must be resolved directly with them. One Step Solution is not responsible for refunds or cancellations associated with third-party services.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may only be granted in rare cases of system errors or technical issues caused by One Step Solution. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
